Pacific Gutter Company was started in 2017 by President Roy Bletko with a desire to help bring the highest-quality gutter solutions with the best customer experience to homeowners in the PNW.  Gutter Shutter granted Pacific Gutter Company exclusive rights to sell their system in the PNW.
Together, Roy and Vice President Jeff Johnson’s combined 25 years in the home improvement industry and 40 years in customer care have helped to expand Pacific Gutter into the leading name in gutter protection for the Western Oregon and Washington area.

We started as a small family-owned business, and though we have grown, we strive to provide the same level of customer care that we have since the beginning.
